The Sunday **Long Run**

Please note that we leave promptly, on time, to take advantage of an early start. Attendance is always much higher than indicated as regulars most times forget to sign up. Don't let the Title make you hesitant about joining us, this is a very friendly & diversified group of all training levels. :-) We'll be meeting up at the Greenway entrance right across from Starbucks on Rea Road and usually all gather at Starbucks after the run. This is a beautiful course that's pretty much flat and great for a relaxing LR. The scheduled out & back is about 12 miles but if you're looking to go longer OR shorter you have plenty of options. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Pre-event optional loops.
