The evening starts off with a taste of the 2023 Adrianna Vineyard White Stones Chardonnay, as she tells the history of the Catena family and their winery leading up to the present day.We then dive into the Catena Alta Blending Seminar which takes us through the five components that make up Alta Malbec. As we taste these 5 individual wines from 5 unique vineyards that make up the final blend, we will explore the different terroir, altitude and flavor characteristics of each.
