 g Seminar which takes us through the five components that make up Alta Mal
 bec. As we taste these 5 individual wines from 5 unique vineyards that mak
 e up the final blend\, we will explore the different terroir\, altitude an
 d flavor characteristics of each. Then\, we let YOU create your own blend
