New Year's Eve Countdown Seating

Your midnight plans? Consider them made. Join us at Predalina for a delicious prix fixe menu, your favorite cocktails, and a Champagne toast to welcome the New Year. You bring the glam—we’ve got the DJs, the party, and every reason to order another round. Make a night of it with a little dinner, a little dancing, and a countdown worth staying up for. When the clock strikes twelve, you’ll be right where you should be—glass raised, surrounded by fabulous company. Countdown reservations begin at 9PM. Guests with reservations in The Restaurant will keep their table through midnight, with DJs carrying the party late into 2027.
