Waldhaus Brewery Spotlight:Our San Diego Beer Week KickoffFriday, November 6 at BockWe’re kicking off San Diego Beer Week with a first for California: Waldhaus on draft.Founded in 1833 in Germany’s Black Forest, Waldhaus has been owned by the Schmid family since 1894. Their longstanding philosophy puts quality ahead of size, with an approach to brewing that includes whole cone hops and water from their own Black Forest springs.Our importer considers them one of Germany’s best breweries, and Bock will be the first place in California to serve their beers on draft.
