What began as a grassroots race in Ballantyne helped launch a movement that has since raisedmore than $19 millionfor rare pediatric cancer research and family support.Now, the race returns during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month — bringing our community together once again to celebrate progress, honor the children we fight for and continue pushing the mission forward.Whether you’re running for a personal best, walking with friends or cheering from the sidelines, this event is about community, impact and hope.In addition to the 5K and a one-mile Fun Run, the event will feature outdoor activities the whole family will enjoy including a kids zone, bites and brews, local vendors, a silent auction and so much more!All proceeds will fuel research, clinical trials and family support programs at Levine Children’s Hospital and Novant Hemby Children’s Hospital.
