Live Band Friday: Equal Rights Band brings roots reggae to Sessions by the Bay

Equal Rights Band brings full-band roots reggae to the lounge for Live Band Friday, the returning Friday night ritual at Sessions by the Bay in San Diego's South Bay. There is something about live reggae in a room like this. The low light, the unhurried pace, the way the bass settles into the space and makes the whole crowd ease into it together. Equal Rights Band delivers that feeling with conviction, the kind of set where you find your footing early and stay there all night. Shop our in-house menu before you settle in; no outside cannabis. Live Band Friday is a series, which means this is one stop in an ongoing Friday tradition. If reggae is your rhythm, this venue keeps returning to that well, from midweek roots sessions to weekend celebrations that carry the same spirit. 21+, government-issued photo ID required In-house cannabis menu available; no outside cannabis permitted Doors at 7:00 PM
