Join us at MIT Endicott House for a special wine dinner welcoming Dr. Ron Sanchez, MIT PhD ’91, owner of Domaine Verdant and Professor Emeritus of Management at Copenhagen Business School. What began as a passion project became a pursuit of excellence: crafting Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that capture the distinctive terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Discover these limited-production wines over a four-course dinner thoughtfully paired by our culinary team, with members of the MIT Wine Club joining us for the evening. With much of Domaine Verdant’s production destined for Denmark, including Michelin-starred restaurants, these wines remain a rare find in Massachusetts.
