Schedule: Books open – 10:00 a.m. Exhibitions begin - 10:00 a.m. Morning Section – 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Afternoon Exhibitions - 2:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. | $5 each PM Section - 6:00 p.m. Classes & Fees: Future Champs (8 & Under) | $15 Added $ Open 5D | $50 Youth 3D (18 & Under) | $35 3D Adult Incentive | $25 3D Senior Incentive | $25 3D High Stakes | $75 (90% Payout) The 5 fastest Montgomery County Eligible Open and Youth riders will be invited back on Friday, April 10, 2026, for the CPRA Rodeo during the Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo. Please see eligibility requirements below for more details. To be eligible for the "Fastest (Open & Youth) Montgomery County Barrel Racer you must live in Montgomery County, graduated from a Montgomery County School, or your spouse graduated from a Montgomery County School. If you are invited back to compete for the fast Montgomery County Barrel Racer your entry fee is $100. There will be $500 in the Open Pot and $500 in the Youth Pot. Payout for Open and Youth divisions will be as follows: - 1st Place: Buckle and $300 cash prize - 2nd Place: $200 cash prize IMPORTANT NOTES: You MUST compete on the horse you qualified for.
