Join us for an evening exploring the distinctive character of wines born from volcanic soils, beginning with a Franciacorta welcome wine before moving into a curated progression of two volcanic whites and two volcanic reds.The evening’s menu will complement the wines with flavors inspired by fire, earth and the Mediterranean. Expect bright citrus and aromatic herbs alongside smoke-kissed vegetables, briny accents, roasted mushrooms, truffle, grilled flavors and rich, savory notes.
