Join us for Kids Yoga at Urban District Market every Tuesday this summer from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, hosted by Making Space: Mindful Movement and Twist Kids Foundation. Designed for children aged 4-10, this free class encourages mindfulness and movement—just bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited to 20 kids per session, so be sure to secure your place!
