For TWO DAYS we are transforming our kitchen to make exclusively gluten-free wood-fired pizzas to be enjoyed with our own gluten free beer! Gluten-free friends, rejoice! On Tuesday, December 8 and Wednesday, December 9 from Noon-10pm, Monday Night Brewing Garden Co. is giving you total Gluten Freedom! *Please note that this is for our Garden Co. location in Charlotte, NC. This is a free reservation with payment for the pizza exchanged upon arrival. PIZZA: Our Neapolitan pizza kitchen will be serving up our pies with 100% gluten-free dough, nearly indecipherable from our regular light and airy crust (save for the exclusion of gluten!). *We also now offer wings, which will also be 100% GF! BEVERAGES: We're featuring Yacht Water, a gluten free tequila based can cocktail. 100% GF: We will be providing 100% gluten-free service for this one day only. As many people with a gluten intolerance know it's tough for a pizza place to manage cross-contamination. For that reason, our team is shutting down the kitchen early the night before to do a total cleaning of our oven, kitchen, and prep station. Gluten be gone (for a day... or two)! *Vegan cheese available upon request! DESSERTS: We'll have local Gluten Free vendors on site such as Sweet & Cozy Bakery and Perfect Batch Foods as well as selling Seemingly Overzealous Ice Creams from their vending machine. Gluten Freedom Night is an endeavor close to our hearts. With many friends and family who suffer from gluten intolerance, we want to provide a stress-free night of high quality beer and pizza.
