Student Veterans of America Meeting

Welcome back, Blazers! We are excited to kick off the fall semester with our first official meeting. Please note that we have officially transitioned our name from the Student Veterans Association to Student Veterans of America to align with our national parent organization. The UAB SVA is dedicated to supporting all military-connected students—including veterans, active duty, guard, reserve, and dependents. Our mission is to provide a smooth transition from military to campus life through: Advocacy: Representing veteran interests on campus and beyond.Community Service: Giving back to the local Birmingham and veteran communities.Support: Providing a space for peer connection and professional development.
