Patient-Center Communication Styles - DISC at Bedside

We are excited to announce the upcoming Patient-Centered Communication Styles (PCCS) Program, a unique professional development opportunity designed to strengthen communication skills, improve patient engagement, and enhance shared medical decision-making. PCCS is designed to improve patient experience and engagement by promoting efficacy, decreasing conflict and stress around communication, enhancing shared medical decision-making, and building mindfulness and patient-clinician connection. Format: Pre-work, personalized assessment, and online LEARN completion, followed by virtual training sessions Dates: September 23-24, 2026 Schedule: Two half-day virtual sessions Cost: $850 per participant
