The Morgan State University Counseling Center invites students to join us for a virtual workshop focused on navigating the challenges that can come with new beginnings. Whether you are adjusting to a new environment, experiencing homesickness, or feeling uncertain about what comes next, this workshop will provide practical strategies and support to help you navigate change.

During this workshop, students will:
Understand why change can feel overwhelming and how uncertainty and transitions can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and academic life.Learn practical strategies for managing homesickness, loneliness, and stress while adjusting to a new place, routine, or community.Explore ways to build connection and resilience and learn about resources and support available through the Counseling Center.
