Salary Negotiation Workshop with Mr. Kumar On behalf of the Morgan State University IMA Student Chapter, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Ram Kumar, Vice President of Finance at GEA Group, as our guest speaker for a Salary Negotiation Workshop! This workshop will provide students with valuable insights into evaluating job offers, understanding compensation packages, and professionally negotiating salaries and benefits. Mr. Kumar will share his knowledge and experience to help students approach salary negotiations with greater confidence and a better understanding of what to consider when entering the workforce.
