Gluten Freedom

Gluten-free friends, rejoice! On Tuesday, November 17, and Wednesday, November 18, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., at Monday Night Brewing Garage. We will be offering our full menu of pizzas with the exception being that they will all be cooked with our gluten free dough for this one day. If you have been disappointed by gluten free pizza in the past, we challenge you to come try this honestly; most people won't be able to even tell the difference between this and our regular pizzas. Due to the long process it takes to make the dough, and limited capacity, we are asking you to reserve your number of pizzas and dining time via Eventbrite. These are free reservations for the number of pizzas you will consume (you show your reservation and will then be able to place your pizza order at the event). These reservations will guarantee you a pizza, but if you are not able to make it, simply cancel the ticket so that someone else can claim that spot. Each pizza will be approximately 12" and feeds 1-2 people per pie.
