DESCRIPTION:The Mint Hill Lions Club 5k Race is a fund raising event that h
 elps organizations who support the visually impaired in our community. Org
 anizations and events the Lions Club support include Camp Dogwood\, the VI
 P (Visually Impaired People) fishing tournament\, Clinical eye research\, 
 Local Scholarship Awards\, White Cane Foundation\, Leader Dog Support\, Bo
 ys and Girls Clubs\, & Support for local business initiatives just to name
  a few. Runners will receive a hoodie\, finisher medal\, a ticket for a be
 er after the race and a raffle ticket for additional prizes! Our 5K Race w
 ill begin at 08:00 am at Mint Hill Town Hall - 4430 Mint Hill Village Lane
 \, Mint Hill\, NC 28227 2 packet pickup arrangements have been made. They
