DESCRIPTION:The 2026 AUPresses Book\, Jacket\, and Journal Show will be on 
 display at the Main Library Nov. 2-13 during regular business hours. The s
 how includes over 60 books and will be directly to the right of the securi
 ty desk in the lobby through the main entrance. The Association of Univers
 ity Presses honors the recent thoughtful and creative work of design and p
 roduction teams\, extending a long tradition of excellence in design in th
 e university press community and—through a traveling exhibit and acclaim
 ed annual catalog of selected entries—illustrating the tenets of good de
 sign. Open to works published in 2025 by AUPresses member publishers world
 wide\, this year’s competition attracted 505 submissions in these catego
 ries: Scholarly books\, typographic and illustrated Trade books\, typograp
 hic and illustrated Poetry and literature books Reference books Journals J
 ackets and covers (of books and journals) The traveling exhibition of the 
 2025 show made its debut in Hong Kong in March—hosted by member presses 
 Chinese University of Hong Kong Press\, City University of Hong Kong Press
 \, and Hong Kong University Press—and will complete its tour in June.
