About

Charlotte Is Creative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2015, working to make Charlotte the most welcoming and supportive city in the nation for artists, makers and creative entrepreneurs. We give emerging creatives the tools, training, paid opportunities and connections they need to thrive. Our programs include CreativeMornings/Charlotte (a free monthly breakfast talk), the Creative Entrepreneurs Initiative (a business course for artists), HUG micro-grants, Coffee With Creatives, Charlotte Reciprocity Circles, OneBand, the Queen City Quiz Show, the CLT Creative Compass directory and The Biscuit, our newsletter.
